Several 911 calls about a dispute in progress led officers to a confusing scene in the hallway of a normally quiet apartment complex. What was thought to be a domestic dispute between a couple evolved into a stabbing with three victims. There was a crying man in the hall and an elderly couple cowering in their apartment. Mary Cunniffe and Ray Mancini claimed a man attacked them in their home. They were severely injured, worse than they even realized, and insisted the crying man in the hallway was not another victim but their attacker.
